Monday was May Day. We made May Day baskets which were sent home and hopefully filled with some wonderful surprises for you or someone special. We did not do a Maypole dance but we did use ribbons and dance to the sound of the recorder. The children danced and froze in place whenever the music stopped. This was particularly fun because I hadn’t played my recorder in years!
